Microscale has done phase IV decals,don't know of anybody making ph IVb decals yet

I can cobble the phase IVb decals from the Microscale phase IV stripes set and the p40/42 set. I'll post pics tomorrow.

Well the blue on the pause IV stripes isn't as dark as the phase IVb stripes. It was worth a shot. Paul

That looks almost fresh out of Beech Grove,it's a given that there will be some paint fade when exposed to the elements.

Stunning work Paul!! That looks awesome! Take a picture of it with the trucks on and the website header is yours! To address the blue: If you look at the real Amtrak fleet there are so many variations of IVb blue. If you compare the real cars you will usually notice that for some reason or another the blues are a little different.

Hi, I would suggest going with the 105 as it would still provide a good sheen yet a slightly toned down look as in the prototype photos that you posted. The 107 is very good for providing a new or fairly new appearance.
