Hi Guys, I'm wondering if any of you know the color code for the Metro North Blue, Red and Silver that is on the GP35Rs that just came back from rebuild. I'm looking to build a few of those.
Thanks, Don

Believe the "Pantone" color codes for MN are on the MN side of the MTA.info site but you will need to dig deep.

At one time Tru-color paint was going to do the MN/MTA colors, but has backed away, instead started doing automotive paint, Metallic colors, and matte paint. NOTE: Tru-Color is acetone based paint,be careful and use in a well vented space or outside of your home. You might have better luck finding a match in the Testors Model Master Acrylic paint or their Enamel paint lines, eithor military, automotive,or "crafts".

I was able to contact a friend in Metro North and found out that the paint on the GP35R is made by Axalta, Blue 786938C Red 786939E Silver 133-AG009 Black 33-24926 so now maybe I can cross these over at an automotive paint supplier.
