With CSX in "fire sale" mode,there will be some changes with freight operations in parts of the Northeast US.
Affected will be MBTA out of South Station,and out of Framingham MA area.
How far CSX retreats is unknown.
Metro North Hudson line,with tiny parts of the Harlem Line,and New Haven Line,along with the Oak point link,
Oak point yard and freight trackage to Fremont over Hellgate(Bay Ridge Br)
Am not sure if NJT hosts CSX or only CR Shared assets off the NEC.
Not sure if any freight ops in the Phila. metro area on SEPTA trackage are affected.
There will be some line sales that could affect Amtrak,down in Florida is a big possibilty,
and on other CSX line as well.
It should be interesting as the sales proceed over time.
