This was how Amtrak "recycled" F40ph's into "combo" baggage/cabcars for the Cascades service,and 1 set of
ex-NJT "Commarrows" in San Joaquin service pool.
While Rapido is producing "powered" versions of the NPCU,in "real life" they are 1:1 "Dummy" units,
most were gutted and a concrete floor poured where the prime mover and altenators were installed.
The bodysides were changed with a rollup door installed midships to allow baggage loading on both sides,
except for AMTK 403,it was kept it's "stock" look,and had a F59 HEP power pallet installed for
use with the Exibit Train as back up HEP
