Anyone have an input on what the best match is for the NJDOT Blue used on engines pre-disco stripe? I’m building a U34CH and trying to figure the paint out thanks.  |

That Blue was an enamel paint done at GE Erie,tended to be a "dark" shade side,turned "semi-gloss" when weathered.
Start with a dark blue and mix to lighten the shade.

Think I found my solution
I was messing around and mixed Model Master’s Angel Blue and Bright Light Purple. Gave me what I wanted think that should work

Color is always "eye of the beholder" judgement call.
