Walters has thrown a curve ball with this years Named Train, added a instate local "commuter train" that ran between Watertown and Milwaukee Train #'s 12 and 23 was locally known as the "Cannonball" The consist was 2 coaches and a "Tap" lounge car. The Walters Deluxe set will have HO scale "people"(Preiser) installed... While still in the "old" MILW scheme, the HW RPO/Baggage that was announced last fall would be the "prefect" add on car for this "commuter" consist. This is a decent "pike size" passenger consist.

For 2021,the "winner" is the combined El-Cap/Super Chief, using both the Hi-level El Cap cars and single level sleepers. The F-7's (both A's and B's) as power. Not a bad choice, just a bit of recycling of past models Unknown if an Amtrak ph I version is in the works. The U28CG's have been announced by Atlas, but were used on the secondary passenger trains. The 74 ft baggage can be kitbashed into a steam generator car,as they are smooth sided cars, Some were converted into Biz-fleet HEP cars.

There was also a connection with Trains 13/14 at ABQ,the El Pasoan to/from El Paso Tx At Ash Fork/Williams Jct Trains Trains 47/42 to/from Phoenix with sleepers off the Chief. At Williams station Connection to trains 14/15 to Grand Canyon National Park At Barstow to/from trains #1/#2 the SFO Chief or SP trains at Bakersfield via Bus
